Where do you need to go ?
Go to DayZServer\ServerProfile (or config)\ExpansionMod\Settings and open the SpawnSettings.json
Inside this file you should have something similar after scrolling down a bit
How does it work ?

REMOVE the , from }, to the last marker config (look at the example at the end of the page).
Same apply for the ], !
Name
The Name of the location which will be displayed while in the menu
Positions
It's the list of positions for this location. If only one position is available, the player will always spawns at this position.
Also the first position (from top to bottom) will be the one used for the 2d marker preview while in the menu.
if the Y value is set to 0, the game will automatically find the terrain elevation for you. However it will try to spawn the player on the ground, ignoring rocks, trees, buildings !
