1. Make your own package file
2. Have the package file contain the StringTable for your language
3. Make the name of the package file load alphabetically before the mod files you are translating (or reverse alphabetically for Mac)
4. Upload the translation to a place of your choosing
5. Send the author a link to the place you uploaded it so they may add a link to your translation for those who want it.
