The primary goal of Megacosm Generator is to replace CityGenerator in it's entirety.

Rather than "building-up" the way that CityGenerator did, Megacosm Generator's goal is to "drill-down" from higher-levels. Along the way there will be individual generators that may be useful for a worldbuilder or GM without the entire generation process(i.e you don't need to generate a star system if you only want a tavern).
