This is the landing page after click to the Information button next to "Manage Spawning in Transport Line Overview".

Spawing Information
Since Campus DLC the Cities:Skylines Transport Line manager has taken over control over the following vehicles: Bus, Trolley Bus, Sightseeing Bus, Tram, Monorail, Metro, Bilmp and Passenger Helicopter.

No matter if a vehicle from the above mentioned categories is disabled in Advanced Vehicle Options, the game will spawn the vehicle anyway. To control the vehicle spawning, the user is required to use the Cities:Skylines Line Overview settings and configure the vehicle here.
