Plorts

Plorts are the "waste" of Slimes, produced when the same type of Slime eats a food. They can be turned into resources using a Plort Rippit, or turned into more Slimes using a Plort Press.

Slime Heart

Slime Hearts are the embryonic form of Slimes. When placed in an a Slime Incubator, they will slowly grow into a Slime! They can be made in a Plort Press.

Blocks

Plort Press

Slime Hearts can be made in a Plort Press from Plorts, or by fusing two different items. This works like a Brewing Stand, where the item in the top slot is applied to the item in the bottom slot.

Plort Rippit

Plort Rippits consume Plorts, turning them into items based off a weighted roll. For example, Weeping Plorts primarily turn into Ghast Tears, but have a low chance of turning into Crying Obsidian. Plorts can be inserted manually by right clicking the Rippit, or via automation such as hoppers.

Slime Incubator

Slime Hearts can be grown slowly inside of a Slime Incubator. When fully grown, they will automatically pop out of the device at their smallest size. Slime Hearts can be inserted manually by right clicking the Incubator, or via automation such as hoppers.

Corral Block & Pane

To keep your Slimes safe and secure, it's best to keep them in a pen. Corral Blocks & Corral Panes conveniently cannot be crossed by Slimes, but allow players and mobs to cross. Powering them with a Redstone Signal prevents entities aside from players to cross it, just in case you don't want your Slime food to run away.

Slime Spawner

Out in the world you may encounter a Slime Spawner that spits out several Slimes! These are primarily a tool for datapack/modpack developers to add structures with Slimes in the world.

They can be placed in any direction, and can be customized in the following ways (Creative mode only):

• Slime Spawn Eggs - Set the type of Slime to spawn
• Any type of Plort - Increase Slimes spawned by 1
• Any type of Slime Heart - Decrease Slimes spawned by 1
