ESXI show not responding in vCenter :

If esxi is pining we have to restart managements by taking putty session. Hardware console login to ESXI and click on restart management agents. ESXI is not pining: Will check any issues are reported in esxi events tab. If we don’t see any issues we have to login to hardware where esxi is installed and check for hardware errors. If found hardware errors reset the server once server came back online put the host in MM in VC and raise support case with hardware vendor for the part replacement. If it is not hardware issue we may have PSOD on ESXI : If we found any PSOD will reset the server once server came back online will put host in MM and do analysis. Will create Zdump file and will search for error codes on it . If error are 14 , 15, 16 expectation that is due to hardware issue so will raise support case . If error are 21,22 that is VMkernel issue so based on issue we can reach to VMware support and fix it.
