Scouts are lightweight exploration units.

They are not meant for combat, therefore the main focuses of their equipment are mobility, speed and survivability.

Protective Mask (Protomask) - A light titanium mask meant to protect most vital facial regions. Produces an omniblue-colored light to provide additional visibility.

Scout's Lightwear - A small set of titanium armor with special indentations that ease movement and are particularly good for swimming.

Longfall Legwear (Velocity Eaters) - A pair of specialized boots that provide a jump boost as well as half the damage received from a fall.
