Gillikada Split is an uncommon dish.

This perfectly crafted gillikada has a thin, satisfying crust covering its gentle mash. Very fulfilling.
The crust can be achieved in many ways, but is often made by covering the outside in an even layer of mashed gil seeds and some cooking oil.
