Tenant

Can be summoned with a Colony Deed.

Can be configured with Tenantator 2000 if installed.

Rent

Can periodically provide following items as rent:

• for threat level 0+ (pool rounds: x1 (weight: 0.9), x2 (weight: 0.1)):
• Android x1 (weight: 0.5)
• Alta Basic A.I. Chip x2 (weight: 0.5)
