EDS Halter is an uncommon electric trap.
A defensive EDS structure called 'Size-3 Grounded Halter', or a G3 Halter, for short. Consists of a tanktrap and barbed wires. 
These were created to trap small creatures in place, as well as rogue or hostile machinery.
Species descriptions: (Expand 8 items)
- Alta: A halter, better be careful. This one seems to be electrified.
- Apex: An alta defensive structure used to trap vehicles and creatures.
- Avian: These nails can stop a tank!
- Floran: Tank trapsss!
- Glitch: Observant. A jagged metal shape used to trap vehicles.
- Human: This could stop a tank! Better be careful about those wires as well.
- Hylotl: An electrified tank trap. I believe altas call these 'halters'.
- Novakid: These nails could halt any ride. Classic.
- Health: 12
This object doesn't drop itself when broken.
