Can be summoned with a Colony Deed.

Can be configured with Tenantator 2000 if installed.

Can periodically provide following items as rent:

• Energy Cell x1 (weight: 0.5)
• Alta Button x2 (weight: 0.5)
• Omniblue Visor x1 (weight: 0.05)
