Tenant

Can be summoned with a Colony Deed.

Can be configured with Tenantator 2000 if installed.

Rent

Can periodically provide following items as rent:

• Drone Visor ★ x1 (weight: 0.5)
• EDS Glowstick x2 (weight: 0.5)
