Crystal Jam is a common dish.
Slightly fluorescent soury jam made from 
gheatsyn. Very tingy and very energy-reactive.
One of the easiest calin jams to make, as it only involves triggering 
tsyntex, followed by mixing, and a simple purification sequence, meant to make the jam edible.
