Crystal Fall is a special weather condition.

Crystals are falling from the sky! Some say it's stardust crystals, transformed by the ionic atmosphere of the planet.
These crystals deal damage and apply Pulse Paralysis. Be careful!
Alta: Can get pretty dangerous in certain places. I'll need to bring my armored umbrella with me.

Parameters

Threat level is around 1.4.

Will last from 50 to 400 seconds.
