Boiled Ayas is a common dish.

A bowl of boiled grinded ayas. Less sweet, but very warm and nourishing. Extra-big portion to compensate for an extra-bad day.
Caretakers often make these for sick and unwell altas, while also adding small slices of other fruits or baking it into a pie for a group of petients.
