Aya Powder is a common cooking ingredient.

Some finely grinded dehydrated ayas.
Often used either in cooking, or in energy filters, depending on the type of grind and different mixes or aya variations, it also makes for a good edible dye. Read more about this: Ayaka Gardener's Notes

Species descriptions:

• Alta: Eating raw aya powder isn't very healthy, because it doesn't have any moisture in it. So, to counter that, you can roll it up in some izo jam into a small tasty ball of goodness. My friend calls them maris. And yeah, you can thank me later.
