Aya is a common food item.
A very juicy, sweet fruit, that can be boiled, baked, squished, powdered and even canned.
Widely used by altas for all sorts of recipes.
When turned into powder, can be used to filter energy from certain crystals.
Ayas grow on trees called 
ayaka, and thus don't have seeds as a separate item.
Known by non-alta species as an Alta Peach due to its taste and resemblance. Unlike peaches, ayas have no seed, since ayakas have a different method of reproduction.
