Alunika Jam is a common dish.

This plain alunika jam is a favourite for many altas, but requires special tech to make. Too bad you don't know any recipes that use it...
While making some alunika powder doesn't seem like a problem, an important part of this jam - alunika extract, is pretty hard to... well, extract.
