Tenant

Can be summoned with a Colony Deed.

Can be configured with Tenantator 2000 if installed.

Rent

Can periodically provide following items as rent:

• for threat level 0+:
• Alta Dye x2 (weight: 0.2)
• Dye Remover x1 (weight: 0.1)
• Blue Dye x2 (weight: 0.2)
• Woven Fabric x2 (weight: 0.2)
• Cotton x1 (weight: 0.2)
