Alta Quick Builder is an uncommon two-handed tool.

Intended for sending instects to sleep. Can be used instead of a bug net. Charge: 200 blocks.

Can be upgraded to Enhanced Builder ★ at the Weapon Upgrade Anvil.

Main ability of the item, activated with left mouse button.

Can be obtained via Spawnable Item Pack or Tabula Rasa (if you have any of them installed).
