Alta Logic - Clock is an uncommon wiring component.
The clock output alternates between on and off every 0.5 seconds. Default is 33 ticks (0.5s), sets through interval.

- Floran: Clock output alternatesss between on and off every 0.5 secondsss.
- Glitch: Neutral. The clock output alternates between on and off every 0.5 seconds.
