Alta Charger is a common one-handed electric unique weapon.

A basic charger integral to any energy tool. Can collect and discharge energy, and can deliver a mild shock.

Radiomessages on pickup:

  • You've just picked up an alta weapon, or an "energy tool", as they call it. According to my database, these usually have an extended set of features. I suggest reading its description.

A mild electric shock to temporarily disable small machinery or stun a target. Press - delivers a quick shock that deals minor electric damage and may stun the target briefly.
