First, To upload a release you will first need to go to the homepage for GitHub and go to the release section and there you will need to click on the release you want to upload to the robot.

Second, there will be a ZIP file which you will need to download

Third, unzip the file

Fourth, open it inside Android Studio

Fifth, you will need to upload the code to the robot.

This is all you will need to do to upload a release onto the robot.
