Patch Notes 07/Jan/2022

CatsEye-specific changes:

  • The free item at 75 campaign has concluded.
    • Everyone who posted but didn't get their items yet, will get them.
    • This also concludes changing your choice.
    • There will be new campaigns in the future.
  • You can now check all bazaars online.
    • Also the number of characters online.
  • There are now hourly, automated, informative server messages.
  • Fishing has been fixed and enabled.
    • Skill-up chance: 3.0x (this can change)
    • Fishing possible in areas up to TOAU expansion.
    • Fishing is excluded from Momiji's crafting rewards.
      • There will be additional rewards at a later date.
  • Corua in Southern San d'Oria now also sells fishing supplies.
    • This is temporary.
  • Added custom NPC to trade special items for Ancient Beastcoins.
  • Limbus monsters won't link anymore.
    • This will immensely help to lowman or even solo this content.
    • No Trust Magic usable as of now.
  • Monisette in Port Jeuno will now sell Charcoal Chips for 250k gil.
    • This is only temporary until SW Apollyon is fixed.
  • Reworked both custom Tatter/Scraps NPC and Augmenting Furnace to not eat wrong items anymore.
  • Gobbie Mystery Box will now exclude all gear above 75.
  • Additions to the AH Stocker:
    • All Beastcoin types
    • All questable magic scrolls
    • All Fetich items
    • Fisherman's Boots

Fixes & additions from LSB:

  • Dragoon now has the WS Damage Boost I-IV job traits.
  • Ranger's Archery and Marksmanship has been fixed from A- to A+.
  • Pretty Pink Subligar has been fixed.
  • Operating Levers in Halvung have been implemented.
    • Bracelet of Verve has been implemented.
    • Mini-quest of obtaining Bracelet of Verve has been implemented.
    • Caution: Only operable with Bracelet of Verve.
  • Fixes to Magicite mission.
  • Auto crash logs for further debugging.
  • Several minor fixes.

CatsEye-specific changes:

  • Login Campaign items have been rotated recently. Until end of January.
  • Big changes and updates to our Wiki page, be sure to check it out!
  • Aht Urhgan mercenary ranks are now tied to ToAU mission progress! Speak with the Curio Vendor Moogle to obtain your badges!
    • This makes purchasing items from the guards in Whitegate for Imperial Standings possible now!
  • Overhauled Free Crafting Relic NPC Momiji.
    • If you got your free relic from Momiji and want another crafts relic then you can now trade her ANY relic in exchange for it!
    • Example 1: You have Mandau from Leathercraft100 and want Aegis instead. You level up Bonecraft to 100, trade her the Mandau and obtain your Aegis.
    • Example 2: You have Mandau from Leathercraft100 and have Kikoku from somewhere else. You level up Bonecraft to 100, give her the Kikoku and obtain Aegis. Now you have Mandau and Aegis.
    • Example 3: You have Mandau from Leathercraft100 and traded it with 10 million gil away for a Guttler. Now you want your Mandau back, tho. You trade your Guttler to Momiji and obtain Mandau again.
    • Essentially, you can choose to craft to 100 again or just pay 10 million Gil.
    • This ensures a fully automatic process with no GM assistance and no dropping relics anymore.
  • Changes to the AH bot:
    • Field Boots added.
    • Gausebit Grass added.
  • Changed mob treasure pools to drop more than 10 items at once.
    • This is to prevent items to get cut off and never dropping.
    • This will cause non rare/ex items to instantly drop to random people as a trade-off.

Fixes & additions from LSB:

  • Added WoTG Missions 10-13.
  • Fixed CoP 6-4 airship fight to be progressable.
  • Fixed missing texts in LB1.
  • Runic Portal / Staging Points should be completely fixed now.
  • Fishing has been temporarily suspended for a soonish overhaul.
  • Fixed an exploit involving Magicite Mission 4-1.
  • Fixed an exploit involving trades.
  • Marids in Bhaflau Thickets now drop Marid Hide & Marid Hair.
  • Wandering Saplings in Grauberg [S] now drop Grauberg Lettuce.
  • Shaper's Shawl fixed.
  • Artificier's Ring fixed.
  • Black Magic fixes (nerfs).
    • T4 spells shouldn't do as much damage as AM2 spells anymore, for example.
  • Fixed Benediction to also remove Petrification and a chance to remove Doom.
  • Added Wamouracampa family stance behaviour.
    • This enables BLU to learn Cannonball!
  • Added Seedspray to normal Rafflesias.
    • This enables BLU to learn Seedspray!
  • Fixed non-reacting crafting guild leaders to react again.
  • Audited Tavnazian Safehold NPC shops to be accurate.
  • Audited Silent Potion, Prism Powder, Rainbow Powder, and Deodorizer to match retail accuracy at duration of 10min.

  • Windurst missions fixed.
  • Quests which officially reward EXP now do so.
  • MP & TP drains won't cause HP damage anymore.
  • Jeuno Quest "The Road to Aht Urhgan" trade items will now be removed from your inventory.
  • Maat will now reward his cap again.
  • Offhanding weapons with additional effects won't cause spikes shenanigans anymore.

Patch Notes 10 Oct 21

Sadly no Halloween event for the time being ; ; it's broken, I'm sorry.

  • Fixed Login Campaign text telling the player the correct amount.
  • Removed some Login Campaign costumes since they are broken.
  • Dynamis - Beaucedine Boss Angra Mainyu now really has the correct lootpool!
  • Dreamland Dynamis now requires completing Chains of Promathia mission 3-5.
  • Weaponskill, Cure and Magic formulas have been changed to be more in line to 75 era.
    • This is a work-in-progress. Please report your findings on Discord.
  • Creating a new character now plays the beginning cutscenes.
  • Gobbie Mystery Box now starts after 1 day of player creation instead of 45 days.
    • The contents are unchanged from 99 era and need a massive overhaul at another time.
  • Treasure Coffers and Chests now have no illusion cooldowns. Hunt away!
  • You can now purchase Assault gear!
    • Don't forget to do the starting missions of Aht Urhgan to receive your first rank.
    • You can use your AMAN Copper Vouchers for Assault Points.
    • Prices have been slashed BY HALF to alleviate for no Assault missions.
    • DON'T ACCEPT ASSAULT MISSIONS! They don't work.

  • Login Campaign overhaul
    • Check the Greeter Moogles.
    • Each Login Campaign goes for 60 days.
    • All point brackets with equipment will change after 60 days.
    • First login rewards 500 points, each subsequent login 200 points resulting in up to over 12000 points in 60 days.
    • All points not spent will carry over to the next Login Campaign.
    • After several Login Campaigns, the items offered will repeat.
  • Dreamlands Dynamis bosses have been enabled and can be popped.
  • The items needed for the Kupo Shield custom quest have been normalized across the board.
    • All crafts now need either a Cursed Body or an expert rank item.
  • Goblin Drink has been added to the AH.
  • Several items have been discontinued on the AH.
  • Crafting materials needed for many quests have been added to the AH.
  • Thokcha Ore, Palladian Brass Ore, Phrygian Ore have been added to all Sky NMs.
  • Newest LandSandBoat build has been incorporated.
  • Dynamis - Beaucedine boss now has a lootpool.
