On CatsEyeXI, we have developed a custom quest for players to switch any finished relic weapon for another one.

Description:

To swap your relic weapon for another one you must do 2 trades at the corresponding nameless ???. They are the same spots you would get the original relic weapons from.

  • First, trade any 1 of your finished relic weapons together with 5 million gil to the nameless ???.

  • Second, trade the corresponding base relic weapon from Dynamis to it to receive your prize.

Example: You want Aegis. You go to Carpenters' Landing. You trade-in your Mandau plus 5 million gil to the nameless ??? spot. Then, you trade the base Relic Shield. You get the Aegis.
