Honestly not a lot functionality-wise, hasn't even really impacted my upcoming separate dye per slot and dye eyes and mouths features either. Kiseff has perhaps unintentionally removed the cached item check that stops the gear display method from constantly redoing the gear display though, which is annoying. The UI player models work like that anyway and always have.

00_axehammer container was renamed to 00_greatweapon, easy for me to fix.
