Here's the documentation to MH Rise Modding Scripts.

Notice that not all tools and scripts available are listed in here. This means they are either:

• Not yet ready to be released.
• Not meant to be released, thus not officially supported.

Scripts not meant to be released will usually require you to install FS Interactive (or F# for Visual Studio) so they can be executed.

You can read the source code or play with them if you want, but they may be buggy and the lack of documentation will make them harder to use or even figuring out what they are useful for.

Scripts were written in F# 6.0+, so some features may not work on older (even newer?) versions of the language.
