This document outlines the strictly evaluated competency levels based on the M300 matrix, as reflected in my current Terraform-based cloud infrastructure project and associated documentation.

This assessment applies the M300 matrix strictly. "Advanced" is granted only if:
- The implementation is complete and automated.
- Security and observability are in place.
- Tests are run and results are documented.
- There is theoretical justification or architectural reasoning.
