result of gpresult because EventViewer SnapIn Crashes all the time

The reason as to why it doesnt work is because of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GPExtensions\[GUID]\NoBackgroundPolicy

According to Microsoft this value must be GWORD=0
