Float

There are two main components of the float, the transmitter and the reciever.

Float Transmitter

The transmitter uses a (TODO: Type) transciever and is part of the on the water float. It publishes data and operates according to the diagram below.

Float Reciever

The Float Reciever functions as an on the surface companion to the transmitter that's on the float.
