After you have downloaded the installer, open it. A blue window will appear that is saying that, Windows Defender SmartScreen prevented opening an unrecognised app in order to protect the PC. This happens because the installer and the application do not have any licenses, which have to be paid. After the aforementioned window appears, press the More info button, and then press the Run anyway button in order to proceed with the installation of the application.

Go and type in the search box, Settings. Open the settings page, and then type in the search box within the settings page Speech settings. After this, press the Get started button and follow the instructions.

Another solution will be to scan Windows for any corrupted system files, which can be done by running the following commands:
