This is where meeting notes from Daily Scrums are recorded by the Scrum Master.

Daily Scrum - 06-07-2025

Sprint 1 leftover items are finished and just being worked on for QA.

All Sprint 2 items are either in progress or for testing.

Hopefully our client does not use an Apple Silicon Mac because JavaFX sucks on that department.

Note To Self: -Begin work on preparing my computer to work on UI -Maybe it would be useful in the future to have an in-person visit to DB Poultry, if it is possible and when everyone is available. -For future scrum meetings I will organize them into a more organized template that will track the notes from each team.

Daily Scrum - 06-9-2025

Devs:

  • Still finalizing the views
  • The views are final, just need to code it.
  • No issues with finalizing the views. Just takes time.

Design:

  • Working the supplies
  • There is already a partial figma mock-up
  • JavaFX not working on M1 is final. Thankfully clients are not using M1 Macs

QA:

  • Need to re-test the Create Supply record
  • Still working on leftover Sprint 1 backlog items to be tested.

Daily Scrum - 06-11-2025

Devs

  • Done with all Sprint 2 backlog items
  • Zhean will work on backups first
  • If we have the time we can begin working on the reports

QA

  • Still testing
  • Progress is slow due to CSNETWK quiz

Design

  • Same reports as yesterday
  • Some adjustments have been made to the existing UI

Daily Scrum - 06-13-2025

Devs

  • Finished supply types
  • Now working on supply records
  • Working on database backup

Design, QA

  • No progress today to prepare for CSNETWK Midterms

Daily Scrum - 06-14-2025

Devs

  • Still working on database backup. Needs understanding of how to ship the final product.
  • Database backup is presently on hold until Monday.
  • Will work on the shipping process for the application, Zhean will continue wokring on the database backup.

QA

  • Now testing supply types submitted by devs
  • Will work on remaining three testing items tonight and tomorrow
  • Bugs in the test file.

Design

  • Will grind this weekend
  • Will finish the views for supplies this weekend hopefully
  • Will send logo draft to client for approval.

There will be a temporary change to the daily scrum, having it at 1PM for Midterms week. Stephen and Justin have classes at this time, so their respective teams will report on their behalf in the meantime.

  • None so far.

QA

  • No issues encountered so far from testing, but not yet completed.

Design

  • Still working on supplies UI. Working on going back to current history after viewing date/supply history

Daily Scrum - 06-18-2025

Our Sprint 2 presentation will be tomorrow. Fortunately, the backend and most of the front end is complete and we will be able to present a working prototype to sir tomorrow.

Devs

  • Packaging is still in progress, but is "almost done."

QA

  • Still testing Model, view, and controller for supplies. All sprint 1 backlog items are completed.

Design

  • To be updated.

Daily Scrum - 06-23-2025

This meeting lasted for like 3 minutes which should be a new record or something.

Devs

  • Justin Ching tested mortality rate reports
  • Zhean worked on backups but are still on progress.

QA

  • No reports for today.

Design

  • No reports for today. Was busy with CSMODEL.
