We are in the process of fulfilling the user stories that we identified in the requirements engineering phase, but are still working towards being able to fully meet the requirements of the user stories. Due to this, it is difficult to establish an exact velocity, because we are part way towards fulfilling certain user stories, but have not been able to completely check them off the list. As we continue to build upon the aspects of our application, we will be able to check off certain user stories and thus establish a velocity that we can use for planning the pace of project moving forward.
