Things we did well: Did a good job keeping each other informed on the progress we were making and what we had completed. We also did a good job marking out clear goals for the release and meeting those goals. We laid a solid foundation for our project, and now just need to continue building on it.

Things we could improve on: We struggled with some github issues that caused us some headaches and slowed us down a little bit, so minimizing those issues for the future is important. We also could do a better job at doing more work on the project outside of class, and I think as the semester continues, we will.
