What went well

• We split up the work in a smart way where everyone worked on individual features. Each feature's completion was not a blocker for another so we were able to work efficiently without much down time.
• Worked well together when someone needed technical help

What could have been improved

• Set more strict guidelines on the features we want done for the next release. We had two half-baked features for release 1 because we didn't estimate the time both features would take well.
