Fiji Plugins and KNIME Workflows

We provide a Fiji Plugin and KNIME Workflows to try out pretrained models on downloadable datasets or on your own images. Please be aware that these plugins are currently being updated to match the Python workflow. On the following sites you can detailed guides on how to get the model running:
