createchmjob.py

• Creates CHM job that can be run on HPC resources.

createchmtrainjob.py

• Creates CHM train job that can be run on HPC resources.

createchmimage.py

• Converts image to format suitable for CHM.

createprobmapoverlay.py

• Overlays probability map image on top of image.

createtrainingmrcstack.py

• Creates training dataset. ALPHA implementation and may have bugs.

mergetiles.py

• More of an internal tool that merges all images in a directory into one image.
