Meeting Breakdown:

Synchronous Meeting Structure: (T~45m)

Meeting Information:

• Synchronous meetings are virtual "in-person" meetings take place via Zoom, unless stated otherwise.
• Asynchronous Scrum status updates are biweekly check-ins submitted anytime up the deadline on their applicable day. See Guidelines & Procedures for submission guidelines. These reporting check-ins may be moved to or merged with non-specific synchronous meetings (i.e. non-sprint planning or non-sprint retrospective meetings during a two-week sprint), depending.
• Flex times / overflow block outs are used for additional meeting times.
• All meetings and deadlines are scheduled via Goggle Calendar Events.
• Meeting notes will be posted in the Meeting Notes & Updates Wiki page within 48 hours post meetings held and archived via Google Docs [link redacted] within 24 hours.
