About
The Aerial Mapper is a web application running in the browser which allows users to upload and automatically stitch together drone footage to form a large composite map. The Aerial Mapper web application allows users to upload bird’s-eye view video footage taken from drones of nature reserves. Uploaded footage is then split into multiple images and stitched together to form a large, high-quality map image. The Aerial Mapper overlays a grid onto the map as well as points of interest.
This document describes the common tasks a user will undertake based on their different roles along with frequently asked questions a user may encounter.
