- MSD = Mean signed deviation (can be negative)
- MAD = Mean absolute deviation (≥0)
- RMSD = Root mean square deviation (≥0)
Plot the probability density function of the deviation distribution.
The BSS corresponds to the ratio between modelled evolution and measured evolution.
- : target bottom (reference file)
- : modelled bottom (test file at specified frame)
- : initial bottom (test file at first frame)
