• MSD = Mean signed deviation (can be negative)
• MAD = Mean absolute deviation (≥0)
• RMSD = Root mean square deviation (≥0)

Plot the probability density function of the deviation distribution.

The BSS corresponds to the ratio between modelled evolution and measured evolution.

• : target bottom (reference file)
• : modelled bottom (test file at specified frame)
• : initial bottom (test file at first frame)
