Sprint 4: March 25th - April 1st

Work Planning

Project Demonstration

• As the codebase for the application is nearing completion, all group members will be working together in order to plan and organize our projects live demonstration. Members will meet in person before the demo date, and will perform mock demo's, along with testing the app repeatedly.

Part 4 Deliverables

• Deliverables such as the UML, Backlog, and Storyboard are all being updated as the project continues to be worked on to ensure completion at similar times.

User Story Feature Implementation

• For this weeks Sprint Work Planning, we are prioritizing the user stories that are related to the admin roles, along with finishing up on the project deliverables (Addressing feedback, UML, Product Backlog, Storyboard, etc.)
• Once again, all development work will be conducted collaboratively during scheduled group sessions, either in person or on call. Individual members will no longer work on features in isolation between meetings. This ensures that implementation decisions are made collectively, integration is handled in real time, and merge conflicts are avoided. Sessions will be planned at the start of each week based on member availability, with the goal of maintaining steady progress toward the final deadline.

Sprint Retrospective

What went well?

• Collaboration through group meetings seems to be quite effective, as issue handling is now much more efficient. Similar to Sprint 3.
• Establishing a functional schedule for meetings which accommodate all members.

What could be improved?

• Since the group is near wrapping up the project, areas of improvement could not really be thought of at this time.

Sprint Review

Work completed

• Most of the code base is complete, including the documentation and test cases.

Work not completed

• Still have to add finishing updates to other deliverables (UML, Product Backlog, and Storyboard).

Current system state

• Near Complete, with almost all user stories implemented.
