Sprint 3: March 18th - 25th

For this weeks Sprint Work Planning, we are prioritizing the user stories that are related to the entrant and organizer roles.
Once our group is able to get a proper foundation of a working build for both the entrant and organizer roles, we plan on moving onto admin related features.
Moving forward, all development work will be conducted collaboratively during scheduled group sessions, either in person or on call. Individual members will no longer work on features in isolation between meetings. This ensures that implementation decisions are made collectively, integration is handled in real time, and merge conflicts are avoided. Sessions will be planned at the start of each week based on member availability, with the goal of maintaining steady progress toward the next checkpoint deadline. This group decision was made by following what went well in Sprint Meeting 2. This development approach allows for all members to essentially be responsible for all user stories, with the help of other members.

Committing to collaborative work sessions ensured that all members were aligned on implementation decisions in real time, leading to cleaner integration and fewer technical issues. Having multiple members present during development meant that problems were identified and resolved quickly, and the overall quality and consistency of the codebase improved as a result.

Scheduling collaborative sessions around six members availability proved challenging at times, occasionally causing delays in progress. Going forward we will establish a more structured weekly schedule earlier to ensure sessions are planned well in advance and all members can consistently attend.

Entrant and organizer features are implemented, with a few impending tweaks and bug fixes.
