• Have a better plan for dividing everything
• Instead of having one or two people concerned with all javadoc comments and test cases, have the person writing the code implement those for their part
• Have a discussion about the part plan more in advance
• Start earlier to prevent rushing near the end of the deadline (have most things completed the week before its due)
