Meeting Notes

Design Decisions:

• attendees will have a unique id when checking into an event
• create an event is a separate activity (a button into a fragment/activity)
• one activity for a user's profile and their events
• homescreen same for organizer and attendee, different for admin
• admins can click pencil on event page to delete an event, can click pencil in specific event page with attendee list to remove attendees
• admin can click on event, see attendee list
• admin can click on attendee in a list, open profile and delete (not modify)
• geolocation screen: attendees and organizers will both see a geolocation page
• organizer creating an event: goes into a new page to put down details (location, title, description) and upload images
• organizer will have a share button by "My Events" to notify attendees
• organizer and attendee will see two tabs "Your Events" and "My Events"

Clarifying Details:

• 2 different QR codes (?) promo and event check in (+ geolocation for the check in QR code, to check where attendees checked in...)
• for profile pictures, link to randomly generated image based on name
• administers cannot create or attend events
• admins have credentials but they do not exist

Focusing On:

working on UI designs (30-35 images/screens)
