• Some user stories will be ambiguous on purpose. Ask clarifying questions on the discussion forum or email the prof
• Use actual mockup tools (not just squares / simple diagrams)
• CRC cards -> use actual Java class names
• ask Ken via email or discussion board about the user story (be more specific)
