Terms	Definition
(End) User	An (end) user is the person that a software program or hardware device is designed for. [1] In this context, it is the patient or caregiver
Patient	One of the two user groups. In essence, patients are concerned with adding and managing problems and records
Care provider	One of the two user groups. In essence, care providers are concerned with viewing and commenting for its assigned patients
Problem	This is a medical problem containing a title, time stamps and records detailing the updates
Record	This is a singular log/ capture of the problem at a certain time. Minimally contains a time stamp. Optionally, it also can hold geo-location, title, comment, photo, and body location.
Body location picture	each patient has to have at least two (front and back). These pictures are used to specify body locations where the photo is taken
Body location	A specific spot (x-y coordinates) on one of the body location pictures
