Group problems:
- Because we do not have enough net work in the group, all parts of the project part 2 can hardly be merged.
  - We need more group meetings, and teamwork.
- We did not finish the 2nd part of the project in last week.
  - The deadline of part 2 is coming, we need to finish this part in 2 days.
  - Big problem: all members have 2 or more mid term exams this week.
  - Need to plan the time schedule well.

Individual problems:
- Some of the pictures in the storyboard is not easy and clear enough ( from the manager's feedback).
  - Xiaocong need to re-design some parts of the storyboard
- The UML and SSD have not been designed and posted.
  - Liwen need to finish the UML and SSD as soon as possible
  - Steps:
    - 1-since Anni completed the basic code structure before UML, Liwen should read through the existed class and activities.
    - 2-based on the current structure and use cases, design and modify the UML and SSD.
    - 3-all member must come and meet at Oct 17 to unify ideas, and help Liwen on the UML and SSD
- The current Junit tests should consider more conditions
  - Bichng need to re-design some of the Junit tests to handle all conditions in use cases.
- The current structure may need a controller and need to be simplified
  - Anni need to modify the structure and to simplify classes and activity.
- Project Glossary and use cases must be done as soon as possible
  - Jingjing will do this after her 379 midterm.

Current Goal: complete project part 2 before deadline!!

Next Topic: assign work for part 3, coding style, use cases to implement, time management.
