Gosha was originally intended to be CIF's member accessible storage server. It has mostly been overtaken by lal for this purpose (Lal handles NFS shares and our Nextcloud Instance), which is, admittedly, the same hardware as Gosha. It did not, to my knowledge, progress to any meaningful length beyond an idea, hence using the hardware for a different purpose. It did, however, have a wiki page, thus the page you are on, and the statements you are reading.
