Company needs smart portable compartment system

Design a semi-automatic smart compartment system which will help to enhance the document security. It should be portable and user-friendly.
1.4 IDENTIFY CONSTRAINTS

PROBLEM DEFINITION VERSION 1.2:-
Design a semi-automatic smart compartment system which will help to enhance the document security. It should be portable and user-friendly. Machine should not exceed the volume of 1 cubic ft, It should be able to sustain at least 500-700gm of documents, production cost should not more than 3500 Rs, it can work on AC supply.
1.5 ESTABLISH FUNCTIONS:-

PROBLEM DEFINITION VERSION 1.3:-
Design a semi-automatic smart compartment system which will help to enhance the document security. It should be portable and user-friendly. Machine should not exceed the volume of 1 cubic ft, It should be able to sustain at least 500-700gm of documents, production cost should not more than 3500 Rs, it can work on AC supply. Instruct the machine using android app .Enter correct password to open the compartment.
