Indirect Impacts:
- changes the dummy in practice mode to now have a glowing head.
- texture edit increases intensity of emission so jin's evil eyes are brighter
- sk used by 3 cci's: default which has colorable arm, and 2 custom versions that aren't colorable in game.
Possible Fixes to Indirect Impacts:
- Use a customized SK in place of the

Since the MI name for Jin's Glowing Eye (MI_CH_jin_gla_evil_eyes_IA) is longer than the MI name used in Paul's CCI (MI_CH_pau_bdu_1p_01) I swapped it into the MI for the practice dummy.

- edited the alpha to include entire texture (made the alpha channel completely white)
- making the alpha darker reduces the intensity and increases the transparency.
